How it Started

I’ve always had a love for florals and tea sets ever since I was little. Growing up, I’d see the prettiest sets in antique stores and homes, covered in painted florals and beautiful trims but they’d always be in cabinets behind the thickest glass. “They’re only for special occassions,” I’d be told. When, though?

I’ve always felt that it’s such a waste to hide away beautiful things for years and years, waiting for the perfect time to make a moment feel special. Recently, as I’ve started building my own collection, I asked myself, “What if there was a way to give my favorite tea sets life outside of the cupboard? What if they had nice places to stay on bookcases, shelves, tables and desks all around the house?” I had found a new creative outlet!
